New: every layer redundant cloud servers, now in every plan, at no extra cost!
Switches, disks and power supplies are doubled, and your server is redundant across halls A and B. One failed part, or even a failed hall, does not take your service down.
Your server is provisioned automatically once payment is confirmed. Manage it from the panel, the API or your AI assistant.
From Istanbul we measured 1.8 ms to the Türk Telekom network and 1.4 ms to Cloudflare Istanbul.
Live chat, phone and email. Our engineers are available around the clock, in English and Turkish.
From the smallest plan to the largest, every server runs on the same redundant infrastructure. You do not pay extra for it.
2×100G uplinks
Each host connects to two separate switches with a 100G link each (LACP). If a switch or cable fails, traffic keeps flowing over the other link; you will not notice.
2data halls
Your virtual server runs in an HA cluster spanning halls A and B of Equinix IL4. If a physical host, or a whole hall, goes down, it restarts in the other hall by itself within 1–2 minutes.
RAID10NVMe
All-NVMe SSD in a RAID10 mirror, synchronously replicated between the two halls. A failed disk or hall means no data loss.
A+Bpower feeds
Two power supplies in every host, two separate feeds from the facility. UPS and generators are provided by Equinix.
0reboots
When a host needs maintenance, your server is moved to the other hall with Live Migration while it runs. No midnight maintenance notices.
99.9% SLA Commitment
Pick a plan, an operating system and a ready-made application; see the price instantly. Your server runs on redundant two-hall infrastructure within minutes.

The difference is invisible while everything works. It shows when things go wrong.
| Situation | Ordinary VPS | CloudBT |
|---|---|---|
| If the physical host fails | You wait until the hardware is repaired. That can take hours. | Your server restarts in the other hall within 1–2 minutes, by itself. |
| If a whole data hall goes down | Every server in that hall stops; your data depends on the disks there. | Your storage is synchronous in the other hall; your server starts there within 1–2 minutes. |
| If maintenance is needed | A midnight maintenance notice and a reboot. | Moved with Live Migration while running. No reboot. |
| If a switch or cable fails | With a single link your server drops off the network. | Every host is on two switches. Traffic flows over the other link. |
| If a disk fails | Depends on the RAID setup and your last backup. | The NVMe RAID10 mirror keeps going. The disk is hot-swapped. |
| If a power feed is lost | With a single power supply the server shuts down. | The second feed takes over. The server keeps running. |

Two switches, mirrored disks, two power feeds; and your server is redundant across two separate data halls. Redundancy is not a separate package, it is the platform itself: from the smallest plan to the largest, every server runs in the same redundant cloud, at no extra charge.

Latency is the time a request takes to reach the server and come back, in milliseconds. From our server in Istanbul we measured the round trip to Turkey's operator networks and to services people use every day.
Round-trip time measured from the same server to data centers in Europe and the US.
| Destination | Measured latency |
|---|---|
| Istanbul (CloudBT) → Türk Telekom | 1.8 ms |
| Istanbul → Milan | 30 ms |
| Istanbul → Frankfurt | 35-45 ms |
| Istanbul → Amsterdam | 40-51 ms |
| Istanbul → London | 47-52 ms |
| Istanbul → US East Coast | 117-130 ms |
Compared with a server in Europe: The same measurement to Frankfurt, Amsterdam and London gave 35 to 45 ms, 40 to 51 ms and 47 to 52 ms. A visitor in Turkey pays that difference on every request.
The visitor's own connection: Home or mobile latency is added on top of these values. The same addition applies to a server abroad, so the gap between locations stays the same.
Measured on October 5, 2026 from our production server in Equinix IL4, Istanbul. All measurements and method

For thousands of years Istanbul has been where trade, culture and ideas meet; today it is a crossroads of the digital world too. CloudBT runs its servers at exactly this strategic point, on the line that joins Asia and Europe.
With our public cloud infrastructure your business reaches east and west at the same speed, with the same confidence.
Experiences of teams running on CloudBT servers.
We run n8n and a few Docker services on a single server. Taking a snapshot from the panel before updates is a real comfort. The NVMe storage makes a difference on the database side.

Common questions from customers outside Turkey.
No. Two-hall redundancy, dual switches, RAID10 NVMe storage, dual power feeds and automatic failover are included in every plan. The smallest plan runs on the same platform.
Your virtual server is restarted in the other hall automatically, which takes 1–2 minutes. Your IP address and settings stay the same, and there is no data loss because storage is synchronous across both halls.
We run hardware in two separate, independent data halls inside Equinix IL4. Your storage is written to both halls at once; even if an entire hall goes down, your server keeps running in the other.
No. When a host needs maintenance, your server is moved to the other hall with Live Migration while it runs. No reboot, no maintenance notice.
In the Equinix IL4 data center in Istanbul, on all-NVMe RAID10 mirrored storage synchronously replicated between halls A and B. You can also take up to three snapshots per server from the panel, kept for 30 days.
Yes. Sign up with your email, order a plan and pay by bank transfer. Card payments are being added. Invoices are issued in USD by a company registered in Turkey.
Your server gets a public IPv4 address announced from Istanbul. Geolocation databases are maintained by third parties; most place our ranges in Turkey, but we cannot guarantee how every service classifies an IP.
Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, CentOS Stream, Fedora and openSUSE releases, plus Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022 and 2025. Reinstall from the panel at any time.
Yes. Open a ticket from the panel in English or Turkish, around the clock. Server and network issues are handled by the engineers who run the platform.
Deployment is automatic. A Linux server is usually ready within a few minutes of payment confirmation; connection details appear in the panel and in your email.
By bank transfer (SWIFT or SEPA to our Turkish bank account). Card payments are being added. Your server is deployed automatically once the payment is confirmed.
No commitment. Choose monthly or yearly billing; if you do not renew, the service ends at the end of the period. Cancellation is a single step in the panel.
No. We provide the server, network, snapshots, console and 24/7 support; software configuration, updates and data backups are yours. Over 200 applications install from the panel in one click.
Power control, console, snapshots, firewall, reinstall, resource graphs and one-click apps; the same actions are available through the API and CloudBT MCP.
