Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of all services provided by CloudBT Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. ("CloudBT"). By accessing or using CloudBT services you accept these Terms.

The Terms apply to the CloudBT website (cloudbt.com), the control panel, the APIs and all related services. CloudBT reserves the right to update these Terms with prior notice.

2. Accounts and Security

You need a valid account to use our services. When creating an account you agree to provide accurate and current information.

You are responsible for the security of your account. Keep your password confidential and report unauthorized access immediately. CloudBT may hold you responsible for all actions performed through your account.

Sharing your account with third parties is prohibited. Creating more than one account is subject to CloudBT's approval.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use CloudBT services only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk communication
• Hosting or distributing malicious software
• DDoS attacks or activities that threaten network security
• Hosting content that infringes copyright
• Storing or sharing illegal content
• Resource usage that degrades the services of other customers

CloudBT reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

4. Payment and Billing

Service fees are determined by the selected plan and billing period. Payments are collected at the beginning of each billing period.

Payment methods: bank transfer and, once the provider integration is complete, credit card. Automatic renewal is enabled by default and continues unless cancelled before the end of the period.

In case of late payment CloudBT may suspend the service. If payment is not received within 15 days, data may be deleted. All prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

CloudBT processes your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Turkish data protection legislation (KVKK). Industry-standard encryption and security measures are applied to protect your data.

You are responsible for the legality of the data you host on your servers. CloudBT does not access your data unless legally required to do so.

6. Service Level and Warranty

CloudBT offers a 99.9% uptime commitment. The commitment is detailed in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance and is excluded from the uptime calculation. In months where the commitment is not met, CloudBT applies invoice credits under the SLA.

7. Limitation of Liability

CloudBT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages. CloudBT's total liability is limited to the service fees paid in the last 12 months.

CloudBT is not responsible for outages caused by force majeure (natural disasters, war, government decisions, infrastructure provider failures).

8. Intellectual Property

The CloudBT brand, logo, software and all content are the intellectual property of CloudBT. Unauthorized use, copying or distribution is prohibited.

Rights to the content customers host on their own servers belong to the customers.

9. Termination and Cancellation

Customers may cancel their services at any time from the control panel or through a support ticket. On cancellation, the refund policy applies to the remaining period.

CloudBT may terminate the service immediately in case of a breach of these Terms. When a service is terminated, the server and its data are deleted within 15 days at the latest; CloudBT does not guarantee the recovery of deleted data. Backups are the customer's responsibility.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.

The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through negotiation.
