Billing guide
How Pricing and Billing Work
One price per plan, billed monthly or yearly. Bandwidth, the operating system, snapshots and the firewall are included.
Plans: Eight VPS plans with dedicated resources and six virtual data center pools. The price depends on vCPU, memory and NVMe storage.
Included: Unlimited bandwidth, one public IPv4, 16 Linux images and Windows Server, three snapshots, panel firewall, browser console, API and MCP access.
Optional: Additional IPv4 addresses and additional disk, added from the panel and billed monthly.
Billing periods: Monthly or yearly; yearly billing is discounted. Automatic renewal is on by default and can be turned off in the panel.
Currency and invoices: Prices are in USD. Invoices are issued by CloudBT Telekomünikasyon A.Ş., Istanbul; VAT is added where applicable.
Payment: Bank transfer (SWIFT or SEPA). Card payments are being added. The server is deployed automatically once the payment is confirmed.
Upgrades
Upgrade from the panel without reinstalling: the price difference for the remaining period is invoiced and the new resources are applied when it is paid. Extra disk cannot be reduced later; plan downgrades take effect at the end of the period.

No. The plan price includes bandwidth, the operating system, snapshots, firewall and support. Only additional IPs and additional disk are billed separately, and only if you add them.
Yes. There is no traffic cap and no egress charge on any plan. Every server has a 10 Gbit port, and the platform connects to the internet over redundant 2x100G uplinks.
No. The shortest period is one month.
No. Every plan runs in Equinix IL4, Istanbul, on the same network. The 1.8 ms we measured to the Türk Telekom network applies to the smallest plan as much as to the largest.
By international bank transfer to our Turkish account (SWIFT or SEPA). Card payments are being added.
Within 14 days of purchase, yes, in full. After that, monthly plans are not refunded for the remaining days; yearly plans are refunded pro rata with a 20% deduction. Details are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
The service stops at the end of the paid period. Data is kept for 30 days, during which you can reactivate; after that it is deleted.
